RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind all of our products, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that the item be returned within 14 days of original receipt. Returns must be in saleable condition (HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED), with all original tags attached. All sale items are FINAL SALES and therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing.
By Mail – NO CHARGE
If you're making an exchange, we make it easy by mail. Please email BEAU SOLEIL (firstname.lastname@example.org
) and request a pre-paid FEDEX RETURN LABEL and a return form. We will email you the return label to print and apply to package. And please fill out the return form and include with purchase. Once received, we will process your exchange and mail back to the original shipping address processed with your order. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label.
By Mail - $8.00 (Standard UPS Ground)
please send the item(s) you wish to return in a securely sealed package using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL. We will deduct a flat fee of $8.00 from your order refund for return postage. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange. Mail to: BEAU SOLEIL RETURNS 1 Partrick Road Westport, CT 06880 Please note: Beau Soleil is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Just schedule a pickup for your package with Fedex. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our RETURN LABEL. If you do not use the pre-paid label, the $8.00 fee will not be deducted from your return.
Policies, Options & Rates
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekend days and on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Beau Soleil offers 3 types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
All packages are shipped via FedEx and we offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days) - $9.95
2nd Day Air (2 to 3 business days) - $20 on orders $1 - $999
2nd Day Air (2 to 3 business days) - $30 on orders $1000 +

Beau Soleil is happy to take orders for international shipment. However, since shipping charges vary greatly for each country, we are unable to charge a flat shipping fee. Please place your order online and we will contact you within 24 hours with the shipping total. We always aim to provide the lowest shipping rate available. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
Once Beau Soleil has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 5-7 business days.

We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner. Orders received Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the on the next two business day.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.
Beau Soleil is located in New York state; therefore, all orders placed within New York will be charged sales tax. All orders placed outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
